  1. Simple Cuban Flank Steak

  2. Rub with G-Force, Orange, Lime, Oil & Cilantro

  3. Grill 5 to 7 Min. Each Side.

  4. Rest 5 Min.

  5. Cut Across The Grain

  6. Finish With Lime & Salt

  1. Heart Healthy Salmon over Mixed Greens

  2. Season Salmon Filet with TFB Crop Dust

  3. Pan Sear (skin side up) until golden brown

  4. Flip and put in a 350 degree oven for 7 to 10 minutes

  5. Toss Mixed Greens with Ariston Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil

  6. Top with Salmon & Serve

  1. 5 Minute Shrimp Stir Fry

  2. Season Shrimp with Salt & Pepper

  3. Sear in Hot Sauté pan on both sides

  4. Add our Vegetable Medley and Teriyaki sauce (we have many options)

  5. Cover & steam for 1 minute

  6. Serve over our Rice Pilaf

  1. Pan Seared Filet with Caramelized Shallot Butter 

  2. Season Filet with Kosher Salt and Black pepper

  3. Sear Filet in a Hot Sauté Pan on all sides

  4. Finish in a 350 degree oven (5 mins rare, 8 med rare, 12 medium) 

  5. Top with our Shallot Butter

  6. Pairs great with our Cilantro Lime Asparagus, Twice Baked Potato and Pinot Noir

  1. Spice things up with Blackened Hatfield Pork Chops.

  2. Coat with TFB Jet Fuel Spice

  3. Pan Sear

  4. Move to a 375 Degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes

  5. Finish with fresh squeezed lime juice

  6. Pairs great with Rice Pilaf, Green Beans and a Bright IPA
